Role & Responsibilities
Increasing sales and winning new business
Evaluating customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions
Conducting product demos and sales presentations
Support channel partners in their sales efforts
Work with Solutions Architect on customer POC preparation
Work with the Customer Success team to ensure a successful transition after landing a new deal
Qualifications and Requirements
5+ years demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of selling enterprise software with ASP of $10-20k/year
Startup experience
Technical at a level that you feel comfortable discussing storage and networking needs with leads
Strong communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Hard worker and dedicated to getting things done
Willingness to start the day early or stay up late to accommodate the needs of international customers on an occasional basis

Role & Responsibilities
Manage customer product trials, including setting scope, timelines, and resources.
Deliver product demonstrations and engage in technical discussions with existing customers.
Assist the sales team by establishing technical credibility, and qualifying prospects
Work with the Customer Success team to ensure a successful transition after a customer makes a purchase.
Assist customers in deploying the software via phone and Zoom.
Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain current knowledge of Resilio products and supporting technologies including operating systems, storage, and networking.
Advise prospects with regard to best practices for software, network configuration, server configuration, resource allocation, and ongoing operations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
Customer service focused, results-driven, excellent interpersonal skills
3+ years of extensive knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, and Android
3+ years of extensive knowledge of desktop, server, laptops, and peripherals
Solid understanding of storage systems and performance considerations
Advanced networking knowledge including VPN, subnet configuration, and firewalls (router configuration a plus)
Ability to interact in a professional, responsive, and timely manner with all levels of users; skilled interaction in a scientific-based user environment
Proficient with command-line tools
Proven organization and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and work independently
Strong verbal and written skills, especially the ability to present to prospects and generate solution proposals, architectural diagrams, and integration specifications
Experience with implementation and support of SaaS software is desirable
Desire to expand skillsets into the sales cycle is a plus (with additional compensation opportunities for these candidates)

Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this full-time position is $50,000–$80,000. The salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships within assigned accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of ROI, leading to strong renewals and growth opportunities. Responsibilities
Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude
Actively monitor the health of assigned customers across tiers and ensure the right proactive interaction is in place to maintain customer retention and identify opportunities to unlock further value for them
Understand customer needs, share best practices, provide solution guidance, and help them realize value from Resilio
Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual customer success reports to ensure customers optimize our product/service, issues are resolved proactively and customer goals are met
Efficiently manage time to focus on essential activities to ensure customer satisfaction, account renewal, and account growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Support teams to identify and communicate product issues, development requests and to boost customer referrals

Qualifications
Required: Customer Success Manager with 1-2 years of experience (preferably at least 1 year in Technology, SaaS, or a related field).
1-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Support.
High attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to advocate for our customers.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate professionally, persuasively, and confidentially over the phone, e-mail, and in-person
Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
Experience working with senior and executive-level customer contacts
Highly organized with strong planning and time management skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management
